  • 1 to 3 axes.
  • Control of up to six depth levels in the EDM process, activating a digital relay signal depending on the position reached.
  • Display the EDM axis continuously or just show the lowest position reached.
  • Each EDM level can be independently associated with any of the axes displayed (except with the NV 10 E)
  • The value of each level can be changed, even while within the EDM process, accessing the value directly from the keyboard.
  • They offer electrode radius compensation, for X Y positioning, and electrode length compensation which can be changed during the EDM process.
  • If the machine does not control all the EDM levels, the unused ones can be deactivated, so their positions cannot be changed and their corresponding outputs cannot be activated.
  • During the EDM process, the signals can be left in a non-activated state for electrode calibration or replacement.
  • There are four digital inputs, used a Emergency Input and for resetting the axes.
